1. Purpose
These conditions govern the use of the biraf.fr website and the booking of VTC journeys via the platform.
2. Access to the service
The site is accessible 24/7, except in cases of maintenance or force majeure. The user is responsible for the use of their login details.
3. Reservation and payment
Booking a trip is done via the website's form. The price is displayed before validation. Payment is made online by credit card.
4. Cancellation
All cancellations must be notified at least 12 hours before the pickup time. After this time, the full fare is due.
5. Obligations of the parties
Biraf undertakes to provide support under the agreed conditions. The user undertakes to respect the rules of good conduct during the race.
6. Liability
Biraf cannot be held responsible for any delay attributable to external circumstances (traffic, weather, accident).
7. Applicable law
These T&Cs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution before any legal action.
